Additional Observations from Steve Dimse based on FINDU data:

These 27 thousand stations represent about 11,250 separate users and
of these users, 38% of them use a Kenwood D7 or D700 APRS radio
while mobile.  This represents 57% of all mobiles and more importantly,
represents almost 85% of all stations that are mobile with APRS
send/receive capability.
